Gulfside Mortgage Services, Inc. reserves the right to alter or amend this agreement at anytime, without notice. Please read this agreement carefully before using gulfsidemtg.com.

This is an agreement ("Agreement") between you, the user ("User") and Gulfside Mortgage, Inc. ("Gulfside"). By accessing any portion or our site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Gulfside and their advertisers, or partners provide the information and services on this website ("Site") to the User conditioned on your acceptance of this Agreement, conditions or notices herein, without modification. The Users use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all terms, notices or conditions.

Gulfside and its advertisers, employees, contractors or partners assume no responsibility for any consequences related directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that the User takes based on the information, materials or services provided by this Site. This happens because deeds and other related documents are public information, that anyone can obtain. There are companies who seek out this information and use it to market products to you. Further more, the three credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) do sell your information. Any time you apply for credit, details about that application might be sold to marketing companies. You can sometimes Opt Out of these services, but it doesn't mean you won't receive calls or mailings. You can be confident that any solicitations you do receive, are not a result of Gulfside sharing your personal information.

Gulfside produces its own marketing campaigns. This may include mailings or emails. You can always Opt Out of any solicitations from Gulfside.
