Gulfside Mortgage Application Process

Apply: Before you apply, you must create an account. This helps us manage your information, and it keeps your personal details private and secure. All you need is an email address. Once your account is created, you will be able to check back and get loan application status, or change application details.

Application is simple. Fill out the forms accurately, and press submit. If you do not wish to apply online, you can call 866-485-4222 and apply over the phone. We also have several office locations where you can apply in person. Visit our contact page to find out where they are located.

Receipt: You will receive an automated confirmation by email that your application has been received. The application will be assigned to one of our loan officers. The loan officer will call you within 24 hours to discuss your loan application.

If your loan is approved, the loan officer will arrange a signing time that is convenient for you.

Closing: Upon approval, signing and satisfaction of all closing requirements, your loan will be funded. The funding process usually takes between 7 and 10 days.
